How We Pack / Ship Your Order All Orders are shipped in either high quality 55 pound rated kraft envelopes with 3/16" bubble wrap interiors or corrugated 80 pound rated boxes with flo-pack industrial peanuts. All individual figures and packs are enclosed and taped in bubble wrap. All vehicles/ships/scenic items are individually bubble-wrapped and taped. All Catalogs, Updates, Invoices, Decals, Books and Rule Sets are taped/inserted between layers of chipboard to prevent bending or kinking. All packages are marked Fragile with your shipping address protected by clear tape. All small orders (and Catalog Orders) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  All orders to PO boxes are sent via USPS Large orders (based on weight or fragility) are shipped via UPS.  Insure you advise us if your address is not supported by UPS delivery. Order Inspection We take pride in carefully packing your order to ensure your products arrive safely with no damage!  Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  We will replace any damaged items at our expense. You have 15 days (from date of receipt) to contact us for any return authorization. US Postal Zone System Due to the USPS 'Zone System' which went into effect on 1 July, 2002, all mail orders whose zone destination exceeds our standard shipping rates based on order total will be charged shipping and handling based on weight.
